What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, your store URL. We use this information only to notify you when StoreSummary is available and to understand what kinds of stores are interested in the product.

Plugin data

The StoreSummary WordPress plugin reads WooCommerce order, product, and stock data from your own database to generate summaries. This data never leaves your server unless you explicitly enable AI features.

When AI features are enabled (optional), the plugin sends aggregated summary data — totals, counts, and signals — to OpenAI to generate the manager brief and recommended actions. Raw customer records, personal data, and individual order details are never included in these requests.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We may collect basic server logs (IP address, page visited, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These are not shared with third parties.

Data retention

Waitlist email addresses are stored until you ask to be removed or until the waitlist closes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
